Comprising of 5,352 square feet, the Admiral Dewey Inn features twelve bedrooms and eleven and a half bathrooms on four levels of living space. The highlights are a self contained loft on the forth floor with outstanding ocean views, dual kitchens, owners’ private living quarters and a spacious wraparound porch where you can relax and enjoy the gentle offshore breezes.

LIVING SPACES
A gracious foyer introduces this Victorian inspired Inn. The main floor features a living room, a den, a large dining room with fireplace, dual kitchens and owners’ living area consisting of a bedroom, full bath and lounge. On the second level, there are four guest bedrooms, each with their own baths and two additional bedrooms with a shared bath. Many bedrooms have ocean views and there are four additional guest bedrooms on the third level each with their own bath. The entire forth level consists of a loft apartment with kitchenette and full bath. Victorian-era antiques, fine furnishings, and sparking hardwood floors complement and enhance the expansive interiors.

The Inn was completely rebuilt with a new foundation in 1988. An eight zone heating system and full sprinkler, heat and smoke detection systems were also installed at that time.
A fire escape serves all four levels.

PRIME LOCATION
This wonderful 100 year old historic Victorian Bed and Breakfast inn is one of the few remaining gems along the southern coast of Rhode Island. It enjoys a fabulous location, just a two minute walk to three miles of white sandy beach. The South Kingstown town beach facility has picnic areas, boardwalks, and a playground. It is also minutes from Theater by The Sea where live theater and cabaret are preformed on summer evenings. Block Island and Foxwoods are within easy reach. It enjoys proximity to some of South County’s finest beaches and marinas. Minutes from golf, theater, shopping and fine dining in the beautiful coastal towns of Wakefield, Charlestown and Watch Hill, it is 40 minutes from Providence and is within easy access to I-95, making it 11/2 hours from Boston and 3 hours from New York
